My Life Undecided by Jessica Brody

Well, it turns out there are some things in life you simply can’t choose or have chosen for you—like who you fall in love with. And now everything’s more screwed up than ever.

But don’t take my word for it, read the book and decide for yourself. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll scream in frustration. Or maybe that’s just me. After all, it’s my life.”

I have sometimes questioned “Why can’t someone else decide this for me?!” I’m sure many of you also have done that. Mind you, it’s rarely about the big things, just the small decisions that at times are really hard to make. For example, my best friend and I have been known to poll people about where we should eat when we go to lunch when we can’t decide what sounds good. In My Life Undecided, Brooklyn is kind of known for making really bad decisions, even when it comes to a simple decision.

Often when a character seems like a drama queen I get a bit frustrated, but in My Life Undecided, while she’s dramatic it’s well done and kind of necessary. She’s talked into throwing a party by her BFF only to end up in handcuffs. This is the sort of book that makes me giggle out loud, pretty much constantly. (Although there were tears involved too.)

Brooklyn is so likeable, I’d want to be her best friend. Here she is giving up all decision to her blog. I fully enjoyed her inner monolgues, blog posts, etc. Hunter is hot. And southern. (Points from me) Brian is simply put, adorable.

This is a very enjoyable book about making decisions. Some good, some really really bad, but mistakes are part of life, as we all know. I also have The Karma Club sitting on my shelf, so I can’t wait to read it after reading this one. If you are in the mood for a few laughs, My Life Undecided is definitely a book to pick up as soon as possible!

I recieved my copy from the publisher in exchange for my honest review.
